A studio designed for real people, real bodies

At Flex & Flow, we specialise in supportive, structured movement, perfect if you're returning to exercise or want to build strength and longevity, without intimidation. Our classes are small in numbers and our teachers are skilled to adapt and modify things to suit you.

Many of our members are in their 40s, 50s, and beyond.

They're not chasing trends - they simply want to move well, feel strong and look after their bodies long-term.

At Flex & Flow Studio inclusivity is at the core of everything we do. Whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat or practicing pilates for the first time, our diverse range of classes caters to beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

Which class should I choose?

Mary Hay

"Clinical Pilates is an excellent class. Heather who takes this class gives very clear instruction for each move. She also goes round the participants and checks that you are not overdoing the moves."

Meet Natalie

BSc Hons Physiotherapy, MACP, Physio-Led Yoga Teacher

Natalie established Flex & Flow studio with a deep understanding gained from her physiotherapy career: mobility and strength are essential for a pain-free life. Through her experience, she recognises the apprehensions individuals have about attending classes whether it be the feeling of needing to be ‘flexible’ to attend, unsure if they will manage the exercises and generally feeling ‘out of place’. Her studio aims to create a supportive environment where everyone can feel at ease and begin their journey towards improved health and well-being.
